This tool works when you want to sync AAU membership with the Find AAU Memberships button or if you want to confirm which club code is associated with the membership.
You can also add a club code when the club code is expired or inactive, and you will change it to an active one.
1. You need to go to your dashboard: https://uventex.com/dashboard/account-holder, and click on the AAU Membership lookup tool.
2. There, you need to fill up the fields. Please see that the First Name, Last Name, Postal Code, and Date of Birth are mandatory fields.
The system will show you the result that matches the information you filled up. If you are not sure of the right information, you can get in contact with the AAU staff and verify directly with them. Please email memberservices@aausports.org or call 407-934-7200.
3. The result will show you the membership ID and Club ID to which the membership is associated.
