This guide is for club directors. Please make sure to have your Membership ID and your Club ID linked.
If it is not linked, please be advised that, in accordance with AAU policy, all changes must be processed directly by the AAU team.
To proceed with linking your memberships, kindly contact AAU Member Services at memberservices@aausports.org or by calling 407-934-7200.
On aau.uventex.com, you can go to your dashboard
On the dashboard screen, there are two ways to find your club roster.
- By clicking on the Clubs button on the left side of the screen.
- By clicking on the Clubs button under the memberships title.
If you have more than one club, you should be able to sort by club name.
And you can also search by an athlete's name.
*Please keep in mind that there should be listed every athlete that has your club id linked in their membership ID.*
Now you can download the roster members with the blue download button next to the club name.
