If you are purchasing a Membership for a child, you have the option to do an Age Verification for yourself as the adult who is processing the purchase or renewing the membership. Since this adult is who should validate and confirm that all the details have been submitted are true.
“Please note that if you have already purchased the membership, you cannot return to complete the age verification. However, this step is not mandatory.”
On Step 4 - Review and Pay, you will find the following option.
There, you need to select the checkbox, and the Start verification button will be available.
Once you click on the Start verification button, you will need to use a smartphone and get ready with your valid document.
You can also use the computer camera with the button Continue with your current device.
Once you scan de QR code. you will see the following screen on your smartphone.
Once you click on the Let's go! button, you need to scan the front side of your ID, the back side of the ID, and your face.
Then, you will see the following message.
After this message, on your computer, you should be able to sign the Attestation Form.
You need to add your name (Account holder name)
Then you also need to sign the parental consent to use of child's photo

If you have purchased the membership, you can still do the Age verification.
You need to go to the registration process: https://aau.uventex.com/membership/334299/persons
And click on the black little down arrow.
And then the Verify Age button will be next to the Edit info button.
Once you click there, you need to follow all the steps from the beginning of this guide.

If after you scan the document and your face, the screen takes too long to display the following screen:
You need to click on the restart verification button, and you will be able to rescan the QR code, and you will see the current error on your scan. The most common error is the quality of the scan.
