In the form that you are filling out for the Non-Athlete membership, you will find this button
Here, you need to check the box for the Start verification button to become available.
Once you click on the Start verification button, you will need to use a smartphone and have your valid document ready.
You can also use your computer camera by clicking on Continue with your current device.
Once you scan the QR code. you will see the following screen on your smartphone. Once you click on the Let's go! button, you need to scan the front side of your ID, the back side of the ID, and your face.
Then, you will see the following message.
After this message, on your computer, you should be able to see that the profile has a small verified icon.

If you have completed the form and you didn“t notice the Verify Identity button, you can also do it from the dashboard - View and add Non-Athletes step
You need to go to the registration process: https://aau.uventex.com/membership/334299/persons
And click on the black down arrow.
Then the Verify Age button will be next to the Edit info button.
Once you click there, you need to follow all the steps from the beginning of this guide.

If, after you scan the document and your face, the screen takes too long to load the following screen:
You need to click on the restart verification button, and you will be able to rescan the QR code, and you will see the current error in your scan. The most common error is the quality of the scan.
If your first name and middle name are combined on your ID and Veriff detects a mismatch, you can separate them using the option shown below.
