Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we proceed with refund requests from our customers. Please note that we do not process any refunds. Uventex Labs only voluntarily facilitates communication between both parties and assists with acquisition of any proper authorization (commonly a written approval) from all parties financially involved in transactions of a studio or event in your request.
