1. Go to Uventex.com and search for your event using the search bar and filters. Click on your event.
2. Click and sign in to your account.
*It is important for you to be given Region Director access before you begin the registration process
3a. Click to add the club and complete the requested information
*Only the ones marked with a red asterisk are required)
3b. If you already have registered clubs, search for the club to which you want to add athletes and records.
4. Add the necessary athletes and teams to each club. Use the “Add” button.
5a. Fill in the required information, and when you're done, click “Next”
*Make sure you verify that an athlete does not have their profile already. This will prevent you from creating duplicate profiles.
5b. Search for existing athletes profiles by using the search bar or the filter by selecting the first letter of an athlete's last name.
🚩Important: To register a team, please click on the Team button
6. Assign the officials' roles to the profile if you need. Click Next.
7. Select the divisions to the profile if you need. Click Next.
8. Check your Shopping Cart, accept the Terms and Conditions of the event, and complete the registration.
You can add all officials, athletes, and their divisions in the beginning, and then complete for everything at once in the Shopping Cart.
